Patty is the VERY BEST at what she does..Patty sold two properties of mine ..and did an OUTSTANDING job..from marketing the properties...selling them ..and acquiring the highest asking price...you are in knowledgeable and professional hands with Patty...if you want the "PLATINUM " treatment ...hire Patty.....

My family had a wonderful experience with Patty as our seller's realtor. All through the process, Patty led us through each step of the selling process with understanding, patience, and motivation, especially since this was our family's home for over 40 years. It was time to sell and I don't think we could have made this happen without Patty's commitment and her expertise. Patty was super responsive to my texts and emails and made me feel supported especially when making decisions. Thank you!

Patty is fantastic! She helped us through the whole process of buying our house. She is an experienced professional who understood our needs perfectly. She has always been with us when we need her expertise and assistance.

If anyone needs help finding their next home, Patty Talbot REALTOR(R) is your woman! She made the process so easy and smooth and we couldn't have done this without her! Highly recommend for all your home buying needs! -Amanda M.

Patty is a phenomenal realtor. She understands the crazy market we are in, is familiar with the area, is professional, and provides so much more to her clients than what I have seen with many other realtors. I have enjoyed working with Patty and look forward to working with her again in the future. If you are looking for the complete package you will not be disappointed with Patty.
