The first step is meeting with a reputable lender to determine your purchasing power. Next, decide what area you would like to reside in based on your needs. Have a wish-list in mind to guide you on which amenities are "must haves" or "would be nice to have." I can take it from there!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Determine a timeline of when you'd like to sell. Give yourself some time to meet with your REALTOR® to review pricing, discuss photography, staging and making repairs if necessary. With your REALTORS® input, discuss showings, Open Houses, how to review offers and how to prepare for closing day.

I have worked with buyers, sellers, investors and renters.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I have to say I'm fond of many of my transactions that have taken place. I've been fortunate to work with amazing people that are open to advice and feedback. I always learn something new in the process too!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

After 20+ years working in the hotel industry, it was time for something different. Thankfully I carried my marketing and operational skills into my Real Estate career.

Yes! Working with REMAX I have all the latest and greatest technology and resources available to me to assist my clients. I've also earned my RENE® (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist) designations. I'm also C2EX (Committed to Excellence) certified.

Here we again! Patty was our agent buying our house, and 5 years later selling our house. Why? She is the best! So professional and detailed oriented that you feel more than confident that everything will go smooth and on time. We put the house on the market during COVID times, she created a sanitizing area in our foyer including even disposable booties! The photographer she hired was perfect!
