Tricia was great to work with. She was very responsive to all of our requests and was available anytime we needed to talk. She was able to setup so many showings for us and helped us narrow down our search. Her caring demeanor and kind spirit are one in a million.

We had hired her to help sell our house, but she went far beyond our expectations. She helped with an estate sale, and then when the market went flat because of the coronavirus, she was able to find us a great renter. Wow!

Tricia and Pete's "hand-holding" helped us tremendously for both the selling and buying process. We had never sold a home before, and purchased only one decades ago! Tricia patiently explained details of the process, made practical, profitable suggestions, communicated often to keep us on track and even reminded us when to change the name on utilities. She and Pete go above and beyond for their clients.

This was my first time buying a home and Pete was great at explaining every part of the process. He made time to bring me (and almost every member of my family) to a number of places. Even after the closing he has stayed in touch to make sure everything has been okay with my new home!
