He is the kind of guy that I would hang out with so that to me is important as we spent a great deal of time together on our search. With that said, he is no pushover when it came to dealing with listing agents or homeowners. Pete was our advocate. Pete was in no rush to put us in a house. He was very accommodating. We visited a couple of homes on multiple occasions and he always met us with a smile. One particular house we visited had some serious structural issues. Pete made notes just case another customer wanted to see the property. This was not to dissuade but rather to have the information available. He never pushed or dissuaded us when we wanted to view a property.Pete is also very patient!!!Pete and Tricia have assembled an excellent team of the professionals needed to get the purchase done; legal counsel and the home inspector stand out prominently.
