I had an amazing experience working with Shelby as my realtor! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the entire home buying process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Shelby made everything feel manageable and stress-free. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, never pressured me, and always had my best interests in mind. Her professionalism and genuine care made this journey a truly wonderful experience. I couldnt be happier with my new home, and I'm so grateful I had Shelby by my side. Highly recommend!

Shelby went above and beyond to keep me updated with the buyer. Also kept me up to date on paperwork. Very accessible. Would use her services again.

I cant thank Shelby enough for her expertise in selling our home in Rootstown. I read other reviews before selecting an agent to sell our home. She goes above and beyond for her clients and wouldnt hesitate to use her again or recommend her to family and friends.

Shelby was amazing! This was the sixth home weve purchased, and she is by far the most caring and involved realtor weve ever worked with. She consistently went above and beyond to get us the answers and information we needed. We especially appreciated that she never pressured us or pushed us in any particular direction. She simply presented the facts, answered our questions, and gave us the space to make the decision that was best for our family. We highly recommend Shelby to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely caring realtor!

Shelby has helped us buy two houses and we will continue to work with her when go back to the market. She is professional yet personable, kind yet will go to bat for her clients, an expert in the field yet is open to all suggestions and questions. I would suggest her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
