One of the biggest reasons why I chose her as my listing agent, aside from the aforementioned, is how strong of a presence she has in the real estate community and on social media. Shelby has a very unique set of skills that has built a solid foundation of trust and familiarity with NEO buyers and sellers. When I was just starting to get a feel for the market and considering selling, I reached out and she was quick to respond to my inquiry; providing comps, making a home visit, and giving me a breakdown of the current market standings were just the beginning of her efforts. Once I decided to list, she guided me through the best way to stage my home and hired a professional photographer (that she paid for!) to showcase my home. Considering the current pandemic, she also provided shoe covers and masks for showings. ZillowVERIFIED Like most people I didn't know much about selling/listing a home. Shelby gave me all the advice I needed from setting the asking price, which was more than I had anticipated, to helping me find contractors to take care of some of the upgrades needed on the home. I relied on her judgement of colors for painting and carpet and many other things that ultimately led to the sale of same. Photographs were made and the house listing came out the next day. The home was sold that same day at a figure over the asking price. We were in contact on a daily basis throughout the sale process and there was never a time I didn't have complete confidence in Shelby's knowledge and ability to handle anything that might come up. I would utilize her services in a heartbeat if ever I would need a realtor in the future.
