When I first met John Binder new he was the guy in our neighborhood who I always knew as the Real Estate guy. He is always a presence in our area and seems to always be a hard working individual.The first time we met he was very polite & knowledgeable about our community & surrounding areas as well and being an original homeowner in my community for 45 years this young professional knows his stuff (meaning important details). My situation required a lot of help from John my husband had just passed & my life was taking me back home meaning to my family in a different state meaning the Midwest. When I talked with John he was very helpful and understanding and assured me he would be here every step of the way. He got me a buyer for my home very quickly and for more money than I ever anticipated or was thinking possible. He explained everything in great detail always promptly returned calls answered any questions I may have had and my many text messages. I would highly recommend his services to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate I felt the whole time that he genuinely cared about me and my family every step of the way.

I have worked with many realtors over the years, and know many more, but I have never seen another realtor work with the passion and perseverance that John does, to go all the way for his clients, to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. He recently took over a difficult, complicated listing that had been mishandled by the previous agent, and within days had multiple offers. Despite one challenge after another, from title problems to inspection issues, and ultimately fickle buyers, John took care of everything, proactively. And when the buyers from hell opted out at the last minute, within days, John had a new buyer, and a new open escrow at $10,000 more, and stayed on it until it closed. He was awesome! I don't think it would have closed without him. I look forward to doing another deal with John as soon as we find one! He's the best!!!
