John goes out of his way to accommodate his sellers/buyers without motive, he genuinely loves the business. He answers all his calls, and even helps elderly neighbor's with grocery regardless if they are a former or current client. He has a heart of gold, and an eye to find the best deal for all parties involved. They don't make men like John anymore, he comes from a rare breed of helping out his neighbors, while also providing the the top dollar for property being sold. John is extremely intelligent, knows his market and neighborhood, and has great communication skills and energy, and anyone to have him on his team has found a true gem. ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to sell, I sought out someone with a thorough understanding of the area. That was John. Within a day of our first phone contact, he was ready to meet with me and had thoroughly prepared to discuss my situation. Sadly, I had an issue with my current tenant first allowing access to the property and then leaving it in extremely poor condition. He was right there helping get it ready for sale including interacting with my tenant himself. He provided suggestions on vendors who did really good work. He checked in often with updates and was always available to answer questions. Not only did he get a good price for the property with a fast turn-around, but was hands-on from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with many realtors over the years, and know many more, but I have never seen another realtor work with the passion and perseverance that John does, to go all the way for his clients, to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. He recently took over a difficult, complicated listing that had been mishandled by the previous agent, and within days had multiple offers. Despite one challenge after another, from title problems to inspection issues, and ultimately fickle buyers, John took care of everything, proactively. And when the buyers from hell opted out at the last minute, within days, John had a new buyer, and a new open escrow at $10,000 more, and stayed on it until it closed. He was awesome! I don't think it would have closed without him. I look forward to doing another deal with John as soon as we find one! He's the best!!!

It was clear to us he knew our neighborhood better than any other agent. He showed up at our home for the initial appointment with extensive research that he had conducted on listing and selling prices in our neighborhood and surrounding zip codes. He left us with an impressive market analysis that we were able to use to make informed decisions. We let John know we were only willing to sell our home if the contract was structured on a contingency that we found a new home before the sale became final. John delivered. He conducted heavy marketing and our home sold within one week even though two others were listed and remained unsold in our community. He found us a new home within the next week that was in our price range, four bedrooms with a pool. Everything he said he could do, he did.
