RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring

Mike + his team sold our house in Benders Landing Estates after it had been listed with another agent for 6 months. He has a full team who walks you through each step of the process and they are very responsive throughout. We had the home sold in less than 90 days and the entire process was smooth!

I had hired Mike as my real estate agent to sell my property in woodlands Texas. If you are looking for someone who you think will call you often, or will be proactive in finding buyers for your house then Mike is not your person. He would be very prompt on Day 1 when you are being wooed to select a realtor but once you select him, you will never see him again. If you want to talk to him, you would need to go through a special appointment through his team. His team (Lada and others) are reasonable and will address your concerns if you call them but that is to the extent of it. Their overall approach is reactionary; they will wait for buyers to come and then Lada and others will respond. You will , however, never find them being pro-active or aggressive in a making a sale.If you really want to sell your house try someone else who is more active and accessible, qualities which Mike did not demonstrate when working with us.

Mike is a great Realtor, he gets the job done period. His Staff is tops and all are professional and helpful. The photography services that were provided were great. I would, and have, recommend Mike to my friends. He will be the first person I call when it comes time to sell again.

Mike is very organized. His team is very effective, efficient, and productive. My wife and I are very happy about his professionalism and integrity. Mike is truth worthy, reliable, and accountable .... If you follow his guideline, advice, and his marketing research, you would get the result you expected. I would recommend Mike to all my friends in Texas.

Mike Seder has been my realtor for 20+ years. During this time, Mike has represented me in the purchase and sale of several rental properties and residential properties throughout Montgomery County.
