ZillowVERIFIEDMike + his team sold our house in Benders Landing Estates after it had been listed with another agent for 6 months. He has a full team who walks you through each step of the process and they are very responsive throughout. We had the home sold in less than 90 days and the entire process was smooth!

ZillowVERIFIED I had hired Mike as my real estate agent to sell my property in woodlands Texas. If you are looking for someone who you think will call you often, or will be proactive in finding buyers for your house then Mike is not your person. He would be very prompt on Day 1 when you are being wooed to select a realtor but once you select him, you will never see him again. If you want to talk to him, you would need to go through a special appointment through his team. His team (Lada and others) are reasonable and will address your concerns if you call them but that is to the extent of it. Their overall approach is reactionary; they will wait for buyers to come and then Lada and others will respond. You will , however, never find them being pro-active or aggressive in a making a sale.If you really want to sell your house try someone else who is more active and accessible, qualities which Mike did not demonstrate when working with us.

ZillowVERIFIED He is a true professional. in an industry that often calls into question the honesty and integrity of some, Mike Seder rises above. His knowledge and expertise are impeccable and he always goes the extra yard in representing the seller's best interests. We have sold two houses in The Woodlands and with Mike's help [as well as his excellent staff] both houses sold quickly and in close proximity to what we were asking with very little dickering.

ZillowVERIFIED Under process expertise, I only want to comment with regards to the "inspection process". Mike, please advise your clients who may not have bought and sold much, that they should evalute closely the requested work that the inspector lays out. I found that I agreed to quickly and in actuallity I agreed to some things that were nothing but luxury items or work not needed, one of which was quite expensive. In hindsight I should hve taken the time to clearly understand what wrok was being asked for. So, my comment would be to advise your clients to make sure they understand the repairs being asked for, before agreeing and signing.Roger

ZillowVERIFIED This was the third transaction (two sales/one purchase) we have worked on with Mike in The Woodlands in the past four years (2007-11), and Mike and his team did outstanding work for us on all of them. Each transaction was somewhat different with respect to the issues raised, as well as the agents and parties on the other side. Even though Mike typically has a lot of transactions working, he stayed personally very involved when the issues presented in each transaction were crucial to determining whether the transaction would succeed or fail, including setting listing prices, presenting and analyzing offers and counteroffers, and "brainstorming" negotiating alternatives. His very experienced team handles many of the details when getting the home listed, and also once a transaction is under contract, but the level of their service is such that we felt absolutely no letdown in the quality of service even though Mike was not always personally handling all the details. All of his team members communicated very well and did outstanding work on all transactions in numerous areas, including preparing and presenting the homes to be sold, handling documents, and keeping careful track of open items to be resolved and deadlines to be met in order to keep the transactions on track for closing. They were particularly good with respect to dealing with issues raised by inspections, particularly when outside vendors' services were required to resolve them. Whether anyone is buying or selling, we heartily recommend Mike and his outstanding team without reservation.Ed and Mary CoffeyFlat Rock, North Carolina
