On the selling side, Tim walked our house to point out focus areas before listing, and timed a price drop perfectly to ultimately accept an offer at our original list price. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I dont think there were any times we didnt hear back within minutes over the 3 months we worked together. With both transactions, it was clear Tim had the experience to negotiate in our favor.
