ZillowVERIFIED Matt was AWESOME in every way during my buying process.After our first meeting he understood my requirements and it was apparent we were on the same page and remained so throughout my search process.Time from our initial showing through accepted offer lasted 4 months. Matt was there every step of the way from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm 7 days a week.When I found a property I was interested in, within 24 hours and usually within a couple of hours the showing was scheduled. This included several same day showings.When it came to offers, Matt was spot on with our submissions and would only allow me to offer what he thought was appropriate as he is very concerned about appraisal and resale for the benefit of his client.In the future I will recommend Matt to anyone and will not hesitate to use Matt again!!
