Shad was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Would go with him 100 times out of 100!

Shad was very helpful with all aspects of the house searching/buying process. He was very honest and real when touring houses and he made us feel very comfortable. He was very easy to communicate with, often going out of his way to keep us in the loop. We couldnt recommend him enough to others who are trying to find or sell their home!

Shad was most helpful. Answered all questions and was very patient and kind. Pictures of the house were professionally done by the photographer and all was wrapped up very quickly.

Shad was great dY'?dY'?to work with. He did an outstanding job for us. He not only sold our home through his wonderful pictures on Zillow, he helped and encouraged us every step of the way and was always there for us whenever we had questions or concerns. We would not hesitate to work with him again or to recommend him to others in need of buying and/or selling a home.

We've worked with Shad Bevington exclusively for years now and have purchased and sold numerous homes with him. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't try to push anything on you. When looking through a home he'll point out things that he notices that may be something to look out for. It always feels like he's trying to help you find your best option. I highly recommend.
