ZillowVERIFIED We've worked with Shad Bevington exclusively for years now and have purchased and sold numerous homes with him. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't try to push anything on you. When looking through a home he'll point out things that he notices that may be something to look out for. It always feels like he's trying to help you find your best option. I highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first-time home buyer and Shad went out of his way (on the weekend!) to personally recommend a property that met and exceeded my criteria and expectations, which I previously provided to Shad. I ended up purchasing the property and Shad made the purchasing process a breeze. He's kind, honest, and truly cares about his clients. Hats off to Shad and would recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED After looking at some houses on the market, Shad was able to see what I wanted in a home. The house I eventually bought was a house the Shad had brought to my attention and it was a perfect fit with what I was looking for in a house. The great part about Shad was the help he gave with closing and working with the bank and inspectors so I could finally move in.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Shad. Not only is he the nicest person you will ever meet, but he also knows his real estate market. He took excellent pictures of the property, kept in constant touch when there was a viewing and went the extra mile when the appraisal didn't match the offer. He secured a reappraisal based on a very recent sale in the area. We always knew what to expect out of every situation, because he kept us informed every step of the way. We were also able to sign all but the final documents electronically which was a plus during the pandemic. We had also contacted Shad on previous occasions about selling the house and he volunteered very useful information.

ZillowVERIFIED Shad is very accessible, high energy, and professional. I listed my brothers house with him, which was a low price point and not in great shape. I was a little nervous about being able to find a realtor who was even willing to list it. Shad was recommended to me, and I am very glad he was! He didnt blink an eye when he saw the house, and is just an all around nice person!

ZillowVERIFIED The sale of my father's house, during a pandemic, was a bit tricky. However, Shad's professionalism and expertise, as well as his friendly and timely responses, helped us navigate the issues and reach a very satisfactory sale. I especially appreciated his honesty when problems occurred, and his willingness to listen to my concerns and requests. Even though most of our communications had to be via phone and computer, Shad worked hard, behind the scenes, to get the answers I needed and kept the process on track. I highly recommend him to any potential home buyer or seller.
