This is the second time we have used John to help us with our real estate needs. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra yard to take care of his clients and is the only agent we will use in Bucks and Montgomery county. Highly recommended.

John Spognardi is, without question, one of the best real estate agents we've ever worked with. From our very first conversation, he had a clear strategy for pricing and marketing our home, and his market knowledge showed in every recommendation he made aEUR" from timing the listing to staging suggestions that genuinely made a difference. The sale moved faster than we ever expected, and John was relentless about getting us a great price without us having to lift a finger on the stressful parts. He handled negotiations, paperwork, and every logistical headache with total professionalism, and he was always just a call or text away whenever we had a question aEUR" usually responding within minutes. Selling a home can be overwhelming, but John made the entire process feel easy and even enjoyable. We always felt like we were his top priority. If you're looking for an agent who combines sharp market expertise with genuine care for his clients, John Spognardi is the one to call. We can't recommend him highly enough.

I want to thank John for helping us through the whole process of selling our parents property. We live out of state and John went above and beyond to bring in the help we needed to get the house ready for market, advised on all of the steps and kept us in the loop. I grew up in Warrington, but with the many, many changes since, he knew so much about the whole area..it was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend!!!

The selling of a home that was in our family for several decades was emotional and daunting at the beginning. John was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the process, easing us from start to finish. His knowledge and communication took a difficult situation into a seamless one. We appreciate everything he has done for our family and highly recommend him!

I reached out multiple times regarding a rental listing and never received a response. Even a brief acknowledgment or update would have been appreciated. Good communication is an important part of the rental process, and unfortunately that was missing here. Based on my experience, I cant recommend working with this realtor.
