Unfortunately, the timing couldn't have been worse because COVID hit at the same time and shut down showings.However, John stuck it out to the very end and ultimately provided us with a buyer and a successful sale after many months waiting for the market to rebound.He was always in touch, provided updates and maintained a positive outlook even after a buyer backed out at the last minute. He even went to bat for us in court to ensure we were compensated for that incident.I would chose John again in the future should I need to purchase or sell again.
