Lyric was amazing to work with. Her communication is second to none, and attention to detail made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. She was a great guide throughout the entire process and made it as efficient and successful as possible. I would highly recommend her for anything in the Pittsburgh area.

Working with Ned and Lesley Bruns was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. We had already purchased a home out of state and needed to sell our Pennsylvania house quickly. From our very first meeting, Ned and Lesley brought incredible market knowledge, attention to detail, and consummate professionalism. They moved with remarkable speed and precisionaEUR"getting our house prepped, listed, and marketed in record time. They hosted a tremendously well-attended open house that generated immediate interest, resulting in multiple offers and a quick, seamless sale that exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire transaction, their communication was second to none. No question was ever too small, and every single issue or detail that arose was addressed and resolved immediately. Selling a home while managing a relocation can easily be stressful, but Ned and Lesley gave us total peace of mind. We felt 100% confident that they were fiercely protecting our best interests and always had our back. If you are looking for real estate agents who truly care, deliver results, and represent you with integrity and expertise, look no further than Ned and Lesley Bruns. Ned & Lesley Bruns were our amazing realtors when we sold our house. Their honesty, integrity, reliability, patience, professionalism, dedication and willingness to listen were outstanding. They promptly answered our calls, texts and emails and kept us informed about every development. They fully understood market trends and the real estate industry, which helped us to make informed decisions. Ned & Lesley utilized the internet, social media and custom-made professional spiral bound booklets to list our house and showcase it's features, leading to many viewings and a quick sale. If you're looking for phenomenal realtors who will go above and beyond time and time again, look no further. From the 1st meeting to the closing process, Ned & Lesley were by our side offering their guidance and expertise. We would absolutely recommend them to others, because in every way, they are a five star team!

Lesley did great wanting to inform us what to look for in a house and what we would want to avoid. Additionally, her promptness in getting documents sent to us and helping us along all the steps was extremely helpful!

My husband and I first met Lyric at an open house. As soon as we walked in the property she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative. When we decided to work with her as our buyer agent, she continued to demonstrate expertise and sound advice throughout our home buying process. As first time homebuyers, we had many questions. Lyric consistently made us feel comfortable and confident, recommended other trustworthy personnel (i.e. brokers, inspectors, contractors), and regularly accommodated our schedules. She was communicative, clear, and friendly. Even after our closing, she has continued to serve as a resource. We highly recommend working with Lyric and her team for a smooth and organized home buying process!
