Ned and Lesley's past business and professional backgrounds bring a unique skill set that has allowed them to have exceptional success in the real estate market. Ned was an established physical therapist for many years with his own private practice both in Pittsburgh and in Raleigh, NC. He received his masters in Physical Therapy from Boston University. His wife Lesley, was a store manager for Verizon Wireless for many years and is the prior owner of Sunflower Sprouts Children's Consignment Sale. The combination of their people and business skills have allowed them to navigate the stresses of the real estate transaction with clear, sound advice that results in successful outcomes for their clients.

Our experience working with Ned and Lesley to find our first home was far more than my wife and I could have asked for. Working with Lyric was an absolute pleasure and we cannot recommend her enough as a realtor! From the beginning, Lyric was honest and hardworking but seeing her in action as a realtor was next level. Ned did an absolutely outstanding job with my real estate transactions. As a widow making huge decisions alone, I felt he was truly in my corner and I needed that. He gave me sound advice even when i meant more work for him. He wasnt about the quick, easy sale; he wanted me to be happy with my decisions. Ned is personable, genuine, communicative, responsive, and listens carefully, eager to meet customer needs. His knowledge is extensive of the area, the local agents and builders, codes, laws, and processes . When I sold, he was spot on in suggesting a sales price. He and Lesley were a great team in helping with staging and double teaming an open house. When set backs arose (like the community gates wouldnt raise on open house day), Ned met the challenge with resourcefulness and humor. The marketing of my home was breath taking! Within 6 days I had several offers above asking. Ned took a lot of time helping me choose the right offer and facilitated an easy and pleasant sale and a smooth closing. The buying process was beautifully handled as well. Ned actually understood what I wanted better than I did and encouraged me to consider building, which I was very hesitant to do. My new build is just what I wanted! Ned even came to the design center and advised me on typical choices for finishes. He went above and beyond to help me. I give Ned and Lesley my strongest recommendation. The whole buying and selling experience could not have been any smoother or more pleasant. I am very grateful for them both.
