It has been almost 5 months since we have closed on our new house and so I begin to pen my review for this fantastic realtor with the trust and confidence that stems from the comfortable execution of all the critical and lengthy processes in the real estate transaction. We met Paddy by chance at an open house where she was filling in for her colleague. My wife and I found her seasoned and thorough with an eye for detail on every aspect of the property whether in terms of value or aesthetics and it is her enterprising, yet patient nature, along with candid honesty that got us hooked! Paddy understood the needs and concerns of first-time buyers like us and reciprocated to all our queries. In todays crazy home market where inventories are short lived and competitive offers surpass records, any prospective homeowner or agent will find themselves swimming against the tide, in the absence of realistic market data and trend. Paddy made sure she teamed up with her network and colleagues in her effort to scrutinize and make our offer as attractive as possible, a quality that is rare in this cutthroat environment. She continued to understand our needs and never tried to aEUR~push a compromise to justify the crazy market trend aEUR" she kept saying we need to be happy with the house and what we paid for it, long after the process was complete.After all the hurdles of the housing crisis, when our offer was finally accepted, little did we know how much we will come to depend on Paddys assistance involving the procedures that lay ahead. From engaging with attorney to enquiring about inspection rules and codes up to taking over the keys and sorting out logistical issues after moving in, Paddy was always there for us when we needed her advice. We absolutely recommend Paddy, not only to those first-time participants like us but to all those who are looking for a dedicated and honest person to represent them and who possesses the often unappreciated quality of listening to clients and tailoring their approach to meet individual needs. In the course of our house buying process, we set out looking for an agent and gained a friend.
