ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I was looking for an agent to represent me in selling my condo, I interviewed agents from three different companies. Ryan immediately stood out. He came with great energy and enthusiasm for my property, strong local relationships, and a very professional perspective on how to market and sell my home. His approach worked. On the day of the open house, I received two offers. Ryan did an excellent job generating interest among other agents, and even after we accepted an offer, other agents continued contacting us about the property. The process from accepting the offer through closing was sometimes complicated and time-consuming, but Ryan was always there for me. Whenever I had a question or texted him about an issue, he responded quickly and helped me work through it. Ryan is energetic, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive of his clients. I can confidently say that he is one of the best agents you could have representing you when selling your property. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Ryan to sell my New Jersey apartment was a really positive experience. He was knowledgeable about the market, easy to communicate with, and kept things moving throughout the process. Ryan was responsive and straightforward, which I appreciated. He gave clear guidance on pricing and handled negotiations well, making the overall experience feel manageable and less stressful. The sale went smoothly, and I felt well-supported along the way. Id definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Ryan. I live in TX and was selling my house in NJ and Ryan went above and beyond to make the entire experience amazing! He worked with my renter, continuously checked on the house, coordinated with different contractors before the sales and recommended a great lawyer. I even had a baby a week before close and Ryan 100% stepped up and made sure everything we needed was there and we still closed on time!

ZillowVERIFIED From the initial call that we had with Ryan, we felt a great trust in this process with him. Being first time buyers, Ryan took the time in order to explain the process thoroughly as well as answered all questions that we had moving forward. Ryan was very attentive to what our desires were in a home. My partner and I never felt pressure from Ryan to move forward on any house that we were unsure of. At one point, Ryan could just look at a listing and say "this is not your home" and he was absolutely correct. At the time when we did receive an accepted offer, Ryan had a team of professionals that aided with us through the rest of the process; including a mortgage broker, attorney, surveyor, etc. We are so thankful to Ryan for helping us start this new chapter in our lives. I would definitely recommend him to others who are either first time buyers or who have experience before.

ZillowVERIFIED The perfect realtor! We were first time buyers and he made the process easy and helped us avoid many pitfalls. He helped us to identify the various parts of town to better understand their tradeoffs. He then spent many evenings and weekends touring houses with us and gave us candid advice about issues with each one that could involve substantial costs to repair (e.g., potential water damage). When we found houses that we liked, he gave us great advice on how much to offer and helped us keep a cool head and not spend more than was reasonable. We finally found the perfect house and got it at the right price. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan assisted my wife and I with the sale of our home and purchase of another. Given the nature of the market, selling wasn't the big concern however buying was a challenge. Ryan's knowledge of the market allowed us to put in competitive offers which ultimately led to a successful purchase. When it came to selling our home, the strategies he employed and guidance allowed us to get our home well presented leading towards an offer that went beyond our expectations with very favorable terms. Throughout the process, which is understandably stressful, he maintained a positive and forward thinking attitude. He was always extremely responsive and helpful through the process.

ZillowVERIFIED I am extremely fortunate that I found Ryan Dougherty to partner with on the sale of my investment property! I purchased a 2BR/2BA condo in late-2019 with a plan to do some light rehab and rent it out for extra income. Ultimately, the 2020 coronavirus outbreak and local shutdowns required me to reassess and pivot from my original plan. Ryan stood with me every step of the way (from the property purchase all the way to the ultimate sale). He was extremely diligent and professional, putting all the right information in front of me to carefully review before making any next moves. He always provided honest and thoughtful feedback during our conversations that truly kept me happy to work with him. In the end, I am certainly glad I did as Ryan was able to successfully secure an offer that was 20% higher than what I paid for the condo just a year before! Ryan is the man, and I look forward to my next real estate endeavor with him.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the best home buying experience Ive ever had. Ryan asked all the right questions regarding our needs. He put together a tour of homes, all of which had great potential for us. We quickly chose a place that was perfect for us. Ryan has great knowledge of the Northern New Jersey real estate market. Hes well known and respected by his peers. Most importantly, he wont waste your time. Instead hell present real estate opportunities without pressuring his clients. He also has an amazing wealth of knowledge regarding immediate and surrounding areas that could influence a clients decision. ZillowVERIFIED In short, Mary is top notch. We have worked with Mary two times (two years ago when renting a unit and just now in 2019 as purchaser of a house) and highly recommend her services. Mary is a fantastic person and quite skilled in her craft. She has an extensive network and leveraged it during the process for various issues with regard to inspections, variances, repairs, etc. She knows the ins and outs of the market quite well and is very good at navigating difficult issues. Particularly, in the case of our recent purchase, Mary helped us worked through a tricky issue discovered during inspection where we, as buyers, had a different perspective than the sellers. Thanks to Mary's thoughtful approach, we were able to land in a place that was acceptable to us, without pushing so hard as to derail the negotiation.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was extremely helpful in our search for a new rental property! He was also very accommodating considering we were scheduling around multiple peoples schedules. Always quick to respond to any inquiries, questions or concerns we had. What I valued most was his honesty and transparency; he would evaluate all our options together in equal light, weighing out both our pros and cons - not like your typical 'everything is wonderful about every property!' type of salesman. A genuine & incredibly friendly guy, great at what he does. 100% would recommend Ryan to anyone seeking a new place to call home.
