Theres not enough space here for how much I have to thank Nathan for. I was way too close to getting myself into a very bad deal on an owner financed home and Nathan provided me the education I needed in a manner that I could understand and steered me towards a much more sound decision. I'm a first time home buyer using a VA loan as well and Nathan was highly adept at guiding me through this intimidating process. He was in constant communication throughout and was always very quick to respond to calls, emails, lender issues etc. There was just an endless amount of things to coordinate and I'm sure it was all happening at a hectic and stressful pace on his end but he made it nothing less that a completely easy process for me. Any time I was confused about a term I didnt know or something we had to get done he was there with an answer that I could understand and it would serve to help me connect more dots about the whole home buying process. I would strongly recommend Nathan to fellow veterans, first time home buyers and anyone else looking for an expert to guide you through this stressful but very rewarding process. Thanks Nathan!

Nathan is very friendly while professional and super easy to work with. He helped me sell two homes and was very helpful. He kept in touch frequently and got back to me with answers to any questions I had in a timely fashion. He even drove almost thirty miles out of his way a couple of times to check on my properties when I was unavailable. He is very knowledgeable and understands the realty business. I will definitely use him in the future.
