Tony showed me many, many homes over the course of 2 months. He was both patient and helpful. He arrived at all our scheduled house viewings on time, and 90% of the time he was early. His knowledge of the area is extraordinary. His was prompt in all dealings whether phone, email or text. I feel he quickly understood me and was able to be an advocate while we viewed each home. Sometimes he voiced opinions about the size of a property or a layout that was exactly how I felt, almost before I even knew I felt that way. I truly felt he wanted me to find a home that would meet my needs and make me happy. The team works as a team, unlike all of my previous experiences with a realtor, where I only dealt with my agent and no one else. . Everyone on the Crouch team has a task, on which they focus and excel, and it then comes together in the end, at least for me, in a home purchase.
