Buying your first home can be a very stressful and nerve-wrecking time, but Patty helped to make our first home buying experience very straight-forward and comfortable. Patty was always very informative when asked the "million and one" questions we had as new home buyers. She was always very prompt on returning all emails and phone calls keeping us informed every step of the way through out the process. If she didn't have the answer to a particular answer, she knew where to direct us for the answer and most of the time did the reaching out for us. If we needed documents in a timely manner, Patty would have them ready within the timeframe we had despite the day or time of the week. If you want a trustworthy agent who puts her clients needs first, contact Patty. As a first time home buyer, using the VA loan, it was extremely important for me to have an agent that would not only focus on what I could afford, but also be knowledgeable enough to understand the expectations of the VA home loan requirements. Patty explained the entire process from start to finish and never got tired of my MANY, MANY questions. She was extremely patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely certain about my home before making a final decision. She was flexible and always returned my calls/emails/texts promptly, no matter what time of the day it was. My younger son came to many showings and still asks about her when we drive by her office!
