She worked with us to make sure that we found the house we wanted When selling Shawna has a good eye when it comes to making the home marketable. The contractors that she works with do quality work for a reasonable price.

When I left the closing today, I told our agent I was going to leave a scathing review of her. I was joking and teasing of course as it would have been impossible to do so and every word would have been a lie... so here is my review To Shawna Aughenbaugh: Your commitment, dedication, and hard work could not be surpassed by anyone. Your level of effort to sell our house, which listed for under $100,000.00, I believe would have been the exact same as if the house listed for $100,000,000.00. The point being that the commission was not at all, in my opinion, a factor in how you dealt with this transaction but your integrity as a person and as a real estate agent did and that you were looking out for our best interests as your client from day one. Your communication was wonderful. You never left us hanging or waiting and always responded in a timely manner whether by phone, text, or email. You did nothing but show us the highest level of respect and always talked to us in a honest, straight forward manner. I could write many more accolades but prefer to Simply say... with the Highest Level of regard, sincerity, and heart felt expression..... Thank you! And... anyone whom has a chance to use you as an agent and doesn't... would be foolish. ;)
