RE/MAX Rising

We've worked with Colleen to buy two homes and to sell another. We love how much she cares and how hard she works to find what works for us. She was there night and day to help us when we had questions and to assist us every step of the way. If we find ourselves needing to purchase another home, we will be using Colleen!!

Sean was outstanding during the buying process, from first showing to close he was responsive and willing to help! He has years of experience and knows the market very well

Colleen was amazing to work with. I was selling my mother's Illinois property while living in Arizona. She was very friendly and positive, but also direct and practical. Even the conversations regarding sales price, commission, etc., which could be difficult, were pleasant. (Things aren't done the same way in Illinois as they are in Arizona.) She created a great listing with excellent photos and videos. She was incredibly prompt with responses to me and to any inquiring realtors regarding the property. AND finally, she sold the property substantially above listing price and really fast!!! This was a complicated sale due to POA activities, etc., and she was sincerely worth every penny of commission she earned, and MORE!!!!

Sean worked with us to find the perfect house. He was knowledgeable and responsive to our many questions and requests. The entire process was very easy. We continue to use him as a valuable resource for information regarding our new community.

Sean was really great to work with. He was very responsive, had great contacts for any issues/repairs we needed and really knows the market. We worked with Sean both on the purchase of the home and when sold it. Highly recommend.
