ZillowVERIFIED Sean did an outstanding job finding me a new homeaEUR| and from half way across the country! I recently relocated from GA to IL and Sean went above and beyond taking me on virtual walk throughs via FaceTime, and working with my listing agent in GA to coordinate the timing of the close on my previous home with the close of my new home within days of each other. While it was stressful, Sean made me feel safe and well represented in the midst of many uncertainties and moving parts. He was great to work with, patient, thoughtful, and we even had some good laughs! I highly recommend Sean.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are first time home buyers, Sean was amazing. He was always available when we had questions, he was patient with us and our complete lack of knowledge to the process. He explained everything, so that we understood. I would recommend Sean to anyone looking, and will always go back to him for our purchasing needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Sean is an excellent realtor! As a first time home buyer, Sean was fantastic to work with. He provided all the help and support I needed, was always available, and even attended closing via Zoom which I was told most realtors do not do. I was very impressed with Sean! Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED Sean did an excellent job representing us. We will use him again!! During Covid the listing agent is required to be much more accessible for showing and question. Sean was their for all the showing and to handle any questions that came up.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean has been a great asset in not only the purchase of our first home a decade ago, but also in our recent search for our forever home. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely patient. He accompanied us through countless homes on both of our searches, allowing us to parse out exactly what we wanted. He was also very helpful recently throughout the process of listing our first home - a process that was brand new to us. There were so many things that we didnt know we needed to do or how to do them, but he helped us every step of the way. He also had many connections to people who knew how to do the improvements we couldnt do ourselves. We are very grateful Sean was on our aEURoeteamaEUR? throughout our journey.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean is everything you can ask for in a buyers realtor. He listens, is knowledgeable of the area, understands the market, and is a breeze to communicate with. These qualities were very important to us, as we relocated to the Blo/No area. Most importantly, he has a positive attitude and is extremely level-headed. He followed through on everything from initial contact, through closing and beyond. We would recommend Sean to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Unfortunately, there is not an option to give Sean six stars. His local knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, and traffic flow has not only allowed me to make great decisions when buying a property but has provided helpful advice to upgrade and sell my properties quickly and hassle-free. His expertise in the negotiation process and quick response time has made my real estate investment experience positive and profitable.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean was the best person to help my family and I find our forever home. His patience is unparalleled, as he showed us over 100 houses while selling our starter home. Things got sticky with one deal near the end, and he seamlessly found another house we loved just as much, and made what should have been a nightmare, a worry free experience... all while we were only 2 weeks out from the arrival of our second child. We've been in the house for almost a year, and we still contact him on the regular for advice and help. Even though we will be in our house for the next (hopefully) 100 years, I kind of want to move again just to have him help us through the process again!
