I was expecting buying a house to be very stressful, but Kim made everything very clear and easy to understand. I couldnt imagine going through this process with anyone else and am very happy with our new home!

She contacted me via text up until the viewing. When I met her, Kimberly hardly acknowledged my child. The house was still occupied/ unkept, smelled unpleasant and the stove was not appealing (I would have been able to get the smell out by washing the walls/floors and I could have bought a new stove). I was interested and she told me to send my email address to receive the application. I sent it and never got it then texted her twice and she left me on read. I'm saddened, really liked the location and with some improvements mentioned, it would have been ideal for my family and I. I would have liked a more professional dismissal, this was not something expected from a aEURoeFive StaraEUR? Realtor.

SUPERB!! Kim helped my son sell his current house and buy another. She went extremely far above and beyond the call of duty in the sale and the purchase. I have never experienced this level of professionalism and service from a Realtor so I asked if I could write a review even though it was my son that she was working for. From the beginning of the process to the end, she listed the existing house and found the new one with speed and accuracy and expertly navigated complexities that came up during the closing process while communicating with him during each step. If I could have granted more than 5 stars it would have been my pleasure to do so. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for help with buying and/or selling a house.
