ZillowVERIFIEDSUPERB!! Kim helped my son sell his current house and buy another. She went extremely far above and beyond the call of duty in the sale and the purchase. I have never experienced this level of professionalism and service from a Realtor so I asked if I could write a review even though it was my son that she was working for. From the beginning of the process to the end, she listed the existing house and found the new one with speed and accuracy and expertly navigated complexities that came up during the closing process while communicating with him during each step. If I could have granted more than 5 stars it would have been my pleasure to do so. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for help with buying and/or selling a house. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you did for my son during a process that can be difficult for even an experienced buyer/seller!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Kim as our realtor to sell our home and buy our forever home. Not only a sweet kind person, but a realtor with awesome experience who answered all of our questions at any time. Kim is easy to get in contact with and worked around my husband and my schedules. I recommended her to my family and friends. Thank you Kim!

ZillowVERIFIED She contacted me via text up until the viewing. When I met her, Kimberly hardly acknowledged my child. The house was still occupied/ unkept, smelled unpleasant and the stove was not appealing (I would have been able to get the smell out by washing the walls/floors and I could have bought a new stove). I was interested and she told me to send my email address to receive the application. I sent it and never got it then texted her twice and she left me on read. I'm saddened, really liked the location and with some improvements mentioned, it would have been ideal for my family and I. I would have liked a more professional dismissal, this was not something expected from a aEURoeFive StaraEUR? Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Kim!!! I have purchased, sold and actively searched for numerous homes with her and she always makes it an easy smooth and pleasant experience working with her. She is never pushy and understands that a client has to be 100% happy with the home they purchase. She is unbelievable with her attention to detail and her knowledge of the area and current market. She is always willing to make time for her clients! I will never use another realtor! Love Kim!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was unbelievable in helping me through the process of buying my first home. She guided me through many houses on the search for my home that I currently live in. Kim has so much knowledge about the homebuying process and houses in general. I would and have highly recommended her to family and friends looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Kim to be knowledgable, hard working, and easy to work with. She was able to sell my house in a short period of time and aided with some issues with the inspection that arose with ease. I appreciated her attention to detail and excellent communication skills so I always knew what was going with the house as well as the current market. I would definitely use her again for any of my real estate needs.
