In the worst time of Covid, Dawn complied to all the regulations most unfamiliar to us. She instantly had us feeling safe, secure, and confident that we could put our trust in her. Because of her background and knowledge she was able to assist us Above and Beyond what a normal realtor could do. Even in off the wall brief conversations she really listened constructively and had logical input and advice. Closing went so smoothly with Dawn by our sides.
