We researched online looking for a realtor who was knowledgeable of our area, and we were not disappointed in our choice! He was always very upfront with us about what to expect. Giving us realistic costs and timelines. We were selling a less than perfect home in an area that wasn't in high demand, but he gave us a realistic timeframe and selling price for our house, and he nailed it. He was right in the period he estimated, and we got exactly what he expected us to. We were also looking to buy a new home with the proceeds of our old home, and he made the transition so smooth! We closed on both houses on the same day.He was always super easy to get in contact with. We mostly texted or emailed, but always got responses quickly. Anytime we wanted to see a house, he made it happen right away without every seeming annoyed or put out. He is a very kind, honest realtor and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I have dealt with many many real estate agents and Jesse England is near the top and I would not hesitate signing him again. Most agents offer some type of gift for the 3% to 6% that you pay them after closing. It might be a good practice that Mr. England and his office might want to look into. Lots of agents make sure the sellers are completely satisfied and if everything went well. A few extra steps would make people a little more satisfied. The percentage that one pays is quite a bit for a little work that is supplied. There should be some kind of discount if you are the one that finds the buyer.

He was on top of everything. People should be made aware of Liberty Title and First American Title Companies. Someone is not doing their jobs at these Title Companies. Mr. England stayed on top of our problem and made things right.

My move was a long distance move so I couldn't just be there at the drop of a hat if something came up that we needed to move on. He made me feel very confident and comfortable in his knowledge and ability to handle things, in which he did and in my best interest. My home was a foreclousure and had been sitting for a bit without any utilities on. He handled having the gas turned on, put new batteries in the thermostat and went as far as looking up online how to program it to test the furnace for me. ZillowVERIFIED Jesse is very confident in his "opinions" however, he tried to include a covered porch as sq footage which he continued to try and convince me of eventhough I knew better as did my inspector. He tried to push his finance lady by saying he doubted my finance company even though I had an approval letter and they are a highly recomended lender. It seemed like he was very matter of factly judging me and he felt I was unworthy of his time or clients home.
