But also gave me a tip on a down payment assistance option that I could look at through NC Housing as a first-time home owner. That tip ultimately saved me $15k. While I have a couple of realtor friends, the hard part was going to be picking one and making the others mad. I quickly realized I didn't have to make that choice. I had the perfect choice right in front of me. Buffy has fought every step with me (and sometimes it was a fight). She was great at negotiating the perfect price for me. She got me through the process. She has done it every step of the way with patience, persistence and a great sense of humor when I needed it and an empathetic ear when I needed that. If you are in the market and need a realtor, she will be a great choice.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful my husband and I are for everything our agent has done for us over the years.
