We were looking in the Greensboro area and Abbey worked with us....very patiently....over a period of several months. She listened to what we were looking for and provided multiple options to look at. I also watched Zillow like a hawk and when new land for sale became available, I would contact Abbey. ZillowVERIFIED If we had to choose one word to describe Abbey Efirds role in our recent home purchase in Winston Salem, it would have to be indispensable. Our home search began while we still resided in Arizona. It soon became clear we needed an advocate on the scene in the highly competitive North Carolina market. Time and again, Abbey proved herself to be just such an advocate. Before wed begun working with Abbey, wed been very interested in a particular property, but were unable to secure a showing before it went under contract. On two separate occasions, the property seemed as if it might become available. Both times, Abbey did everything in her power to be sure we were in a prime position to make a backup offer, including arranging for a host of inspections and researching a local company to do a septic upgrade estimate. And each time the deal fell through, she cancelled all the appointments shed so painstakingly scheduled without a single complaint. In fact, the only frustration she ever expressed was wholly on our behalf. Abbey took us on several showings spending however long we needed at each property, either answering our questions outright, or quickly finding whatever information we needed to make our decisions. While away at a realtors conference, she arranged to have a colleague on call to take us on showings if something came on the market in her absence. When we did find the property we ultimately purchased, Abbey was very nearly as excited as we were. She spent a good deal of time strategizing with us to devise the most compelling offer. An offer which was immediately accepted despite being one of many. And her commitment to the process did not stop there. Our closing coincided with the start of the coronavirus lock down. Abbey coordinated with the sellers realtor and the closing attorney to move up the closing date and have all paperwork signed remotely. Every step of the way, she made us feel she was as invested in a successful outcome as we were. We could not have asked for a more capable, attentive, or considerate agent. And to anyone else looking for their own indispensable agent, we wholeheartedly recommend Abbey Efird.

I asked her if you could find out if pets were allowed in the condos that sparked my interest and she took the time to enquire and get back to me even though I was living outside of the country (in South America) and had no arrival date set for any time soon. When the time came to start making offers, Abbey was very accommodating, answered ALL of my many questions, took videos and got me the apartment in the building I wanted and in the school zone I needed. Even when the first offers didn't go through, Abbey never lost faith. I bought my condo sight-unseen with no problem or delay. Abbey was even kind enough to go back and turn my A/C on once I got the power on because I am still not in the USA and won't be there for at least a while.
