Working with Brian was an absolute delight from start to finish. We are first-time home buyers and he made sure to explain the entire process and make sure we truly understood everything. He's very knowledgeable in real estate and extremely patient when helping understand everything and showing us all of the homes we were interested in. In the beginning we did not know what we were looking for and Brian guided us towards homes that would fit our needs. We put in a few offers and Brian always worked hard to keep our offer competitive but not overextend ourselves just to get a home. He always kept our hopes up when an offer was rejected and made sure we knew that if a home was meant for us, we would get it. He was extremely good at communicating at any time of day and always made sure that we had all of the information that he did. When helping us purchase our home, he made sure to help us with counter offers with the seller to ensure that we were getting the best deal.
