Logan did an amazing job when I first started this process months ago he took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to make it this far so when I was approved for a loan, I made sure I contacted him and I never regretted it. He was friendly. He was honest. He stayed positive and helped me through the entire process and never gave up. I really appreciate his time and hard work and I would gladly recommend him to any future homebuyers.

I made the mistake of buying a house without actually seeing it. I had a family member look at several with Dominic. I chose this one as it was the best one in my range. When it came to negotiations I felt that He more was concerned with his end of the deal rather than actually getting the best possible price. I used a inspector that he recommended that missed a couple important things that cost me good money to fix. I tried to touch base with Dominic after the sale to say thanks and left a message. No return call. The inspector said he couldn't test the air conditioner as it was too cold but he could have looked at the name plate and determined it was 20 years old. It was listed originally on Zillow as a high efficiency system . Yea maybe 20 years ago. I would have needed a better price had that been known to me .

Apex is amazing and their people create a very personalized experience. Dagmar was amazing and helped guide me with amazing tools to help me understand what I could and could not afford. The experience was very personalized and even when she was not available she set me up with Logan to see a property I was interested in. Overall they were both amazing and I look forward to working with them in the future!

Logan did an excellent job helping us buy and sell a house. When we were looking to buy a house he was able to negotiate with the seller to fix some significant problems with the home. Then when we asked him to help us sell our old house he was able to help us sell it quickly and for a price that we were happy with. Logan is a very nice person, and we could not be happier with all his help.
