ZillowVERIFIEDI made the mistake of buying a house without actually seeing it. I had a family member look at several with Dominic. I chose this one as it was the best one in my range. When it came to negotiations I felt that He more was concerned with his end of the deal rather than actually getting the best possible price. I used a inspector that he recommended that missed a couple important things that cost me good money to fix. I tried to touch base with Dominic after the sale to say thanks and left a message. No return call. The inspector said he couldn't test the air conditioner as it was too cold but he could have looked at the name plate and determined it was 20 years old. It was listed originally on Zillow as a high efficiency system . Yea maybe 20 years ago. I would have needed a better price had that been known to me .

ZillowVERIFIED My father's house was listed with another realtor for six months with no activity or results at all. It was in a small town, and other realtors recommended we simply auction it because it "no one buys in that market". We signed with Dominic near the end of the season, and I am happy to say that we sold the house.Dominic's positive attitude was a great boost. He went through the house and property with us, and offered lots of suggestions for Doing some things that could truly improve the marketing. He was also very up front about the things we "could" change, but that really wouldn't help sell the house. His comments were honest, and not simply given to keep us busy and make us feel like we were doing something. We had multiple inquiries and showings, and the "unsellable" home sold in five months, with yet another interested buyer standing in line. Throughout it all, Dominic made things fully clear, clarifying the various inspections, documents and procedures so we understood. When we had choices about procedures, he made them clear enough that we could make the decisions we were comfortable with. An excellent experience.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Dominic to sell my father's home after it had sat empty for nearly a year. The home was 40 years old, in decent shape but in dire need of updates that we really didn't want to invest in, and located in a small, remote town. And, it was "off season" for house sales. However, within a very short period of time, Dominic was able to host multiple showings and shortly thereafter, had a reasonable offer on the table. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I knew virtually nothing about purchasing a home and Dominic Casey displayed nothing but professionalism, guiding us through every step of the process. He showed us nearly a dozen homes before we found the perfect house. Through it all Dominic was very patient and extremely in formative. Giving us the information needed to make our own decision. He never pointed us in a direction that we didnt want to go, just to close the deal like you might see on television shows. When we finally narrowed it down to a few homes my wife and I thought to make an offer on a house and he guided us to make the offer lower and if it wasnt for him we would have spent more money than we would have felt comfortable with. As he makes his commition based off a percentage of the selling price, for him to guide us into the house at a lower price, takes money out of his own pocket which really shows he puts his clients ahead of himself. As we went through the houses he would give us honest opinions on what he thinks the house is worth, stuff that needs fixed and an accurate dollar figure on how much it could cost to fix it. (Of course wouldn't hold him to that number but great information and accurate) As I am sure there are reliable agents in the area I would guarantee you that there is not another agent in the area more morally correct than Dominic. I would never go with another agent as long as Dominic Casey is a real estate agent.
