Katie just sold my house within 40 hours of listing. She got me the best cash offer, drove up the price, and made everything painless for me. She was very knowledgeable and gave good advice for staging. She gave up her weekend to help me. There were some lock-box issues that I could not address, and she took time to handle that situation. I cannot say enough good things about Katie. If 6/5 stars were possible, I would leave those ratings. Just an amazing job.
