I was looking to buy a house earlier this year which is when I got into contact with Chris. We looked at a few but houses were going fast at that time, so I decided to wait. He was great and would check in with me every few months letting me know how the market was doing and when I was ready to let him know. I started thinking one day that it was time to start looking again when Chris reached out. So we started talking about the what I was looking for and the things that I could go either way on. He would send me links of houses. Some good some bad but it helped narrow down exactly what I was looking for. We came up with a few to look at when I found exactly what I was looking for. Chris walked me through the process of how things would go be for he submitted my offer. Once it was accepted he helped me figure out how to move forward. He kept in contact with me weekly checking on how things were going with my loan and things I needed to get in order for the house. He was very helpful through the whole process. I am very thankful for him as he made the whole process of buying my first house go smoothly. I would recommend his team to anyone looking. He was always straight forward about the good and bad which is great to have when buying a house. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for sure.
