If I could give Sheryl more than five stars, I absolutely would. She was truly exceptional in helping my 84-year-old dad sell his home in Blair, Wisconsin. I was in Tennessee trying to manage everything from a distance, so finding the right realtor was incredibly important to me. I reached out to seven different agents, and Sheryl stood out almost immediately. She was the only realtor who got information back to me within about an hour. She asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, followed up, and showed from the very beginning that she was going to be proactive and fully engaged. She was persistent without ever being pushy, and there is a huge difference. She made me feel like my dad and his home genuinely mattered to her. Because I couldnt be there in person, I needed someone I could trust completely. Sheryl became so much more than just our realtor. She truly took my dad under her wing and helped him navigate every part of the process with patience, kindness, and respect. She kept both of us informed, handled details I couldnt manage from hundreds of miles away, and made sure neither one of us ever felt out of the loop. That kind of service is rare. Sheryl is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, driven, and organized. She knows the market, she knows how to communicate, she knows how to negotiate, and she knows how to keep a transaction moving. She is kind and compassionate, but she is also strong and confident when she needs to be. She advocates for her clients, stands her ground, and does not get bulldozed. I have bought and sold quite a few homes over the years and have worked with a number of realtors. I can honestly say Sheryl is one of the very best I have ever worked with. If I could somehow have her represent me anywhere in the country, I would choose her without hesitation. And this is not one of those generic five-star reviews written just to be polite. I genuinely mean every word. Sheryl went above and beyond for my dad and for our entire family. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful transition feel manageable, organized, and even reassuring. She gave me peace of mind when I was far away, and that meant more to me than I can adequately express. If you are looking for a realtor, stop searching and call Sheryl. You will not find someone more dedicated, knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, or hardworking. She is one in a million, an absolutely outstanding realtor, and an even better human being. We could not have done this without her, and I will forever be grateful for everything she did for my dad and our family.

Sheryl gave us excellent advice on how to stage the house for the listing and then followed that up with excellent pictures of the house both inside and out. She met with us several times to explain the process and costs involved and was able to answer all the questions that we had for her about the sale. We looked into other realtors and chose Sheryl because she had a better knowledge of the local real estate market. If there is any room for improvement in Sheryls real estate skill set it would be to slow down and communicate in a more thought through manner.
