Sheryl gave us excellent advice on how to stage the house for the listing and then followed that up with excellent pictures of the house both inside and out. She met with us several times to explain the process and costs involved and was able to answer all the questions that we had for her about the sale. We looked into other realtors and chose Sheryl because she had a better knowledge of the local real estate market. If there is any room for improvement in Sheryls real estate skill set it would be to slow down and communicate in a more thought through manner.

We were from out of town, which made it much more difficult take advantage of what was available. She made many app't for us to see homes during the times we were able to come to the area. She is very knowledgeable about what to take note of when looking at a house. She was able to give us info about the heating, construction, and many things we wouldn't have known to look for. When it seemed there wasn't going to be a house available, she made arrangements for us to rent. Thankfully, at the last moment, an offer was accepted. ZillowVERIFIED I would give zero stars if I could. Where do I begin. First we saw a home through her in Trempealeau. Afterwards we explained to her that we had a contingent offer on our home. She immediately and relentlessly started to explain to her what a terrible idea that was to the point she greatly upset my wife. I believe it was an effort for her to get into our home sale since we were FSBO. Regardless, we really wanted the home so we submitted an offer slightly below full ask. It was immediately rejected and the email she sent me was a aEURoeI told you soaEUR? email, whats worse, she lumped in forms with the offer to purchase that she did not go over, tying me to her as a listing agent for 3 months. I share responsibility in that I did not catch it. I went to multiple agents after that and showed them the contract. They all said they know Sheryl and it does not surprise them that she did that. She is known throughout the business to operate that way. I had finally had enough and asked out of the contract with her. She agreed and reminded me that if I ever come back to that listing, aEURoeshe will get paid.aEUR? She also told me that she is familiar with the area that I have contingent offer with and its a very tough market. The house sold in under a week. Also, we ended up buying a beautiful home WITH the contingency in place with a different realtor. Be careful. In my opinion she is not one to help you take such a large step in your life. She can respond with whatever she likes. Call around. Other professionals in the business will tell you all you need to know.
