Brian was definitely on my team. He provided insight and honest advice without feeling pushy. I put in several offers before we got one accepted. He stayed with me for the whole process. When I did finally get an accepted offer, he recommended a sewer inspection due to the long distance the house was from the street (175ft) BOY AM I GLAD HE DID. Best $79 I ever spent. They found it was 100% destroyed and he got the entire thing addressed before closing. Another titling issue came up with an unsealed well on the property that he also negotiated hard and got them to seal it with certification before the closing. I loved his service so much that I recommended him to my daughter who closed on a condo with him 1 month after my house!
