If you want someone fantastic at communicating, responsiveness 24/7, someone who knows the market and the intricacies of Minnesota neighborhoods, who knows a ton about houses (he discovered an un-abandoned oil tank on a property I wanted to purchase), not to mention an all around nice guy, he?s the guy.
