They were there at closing with me and they followed up, surprisingly, the end of the year! They actually supplied me with copies pf all the items I may need for tax time. Of all the agents we interviewed (including 2 from Edina Realty), Tom is the only one who we felt would work for us instead of simply low-balling the listing price to make a quick commission check like those Edina Realty weasels. Turned out to be a win-win situation. Our home sold in the dead of one of the worst MN winters in recorded history and sold for 50K more than both Edina Agents wanted to price it. Toms expert negotiation skills and 30+ years of selling real estate will get the job done. We have already recommended him to a mother-in-law to sell her lake front property in Northern MN and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone else wanting to buy or sell a home anywhere in MN.
