RE/MAX REC

Andrew did an outstanding job assisting Cody & I with the purchase of our very first home. He had expertise in the housing market area and gave us good feedback on a good purchase price. Andrew was very involved with all of the home buying process from open houses, to walk throughs, and finally the closing. Andrew was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions.

Andrew is the guy you are looking for,he helped us with our home purchasing, and we highly recommend him! He literally drove all over NE to show us houses we wanted to look at, he always made time for us! We highly recommend Andrew! Purchasing our house with him and his team went flawlessly! He did everything, he also negotiated great to get the best price for us, and he saved us money in many different ways! He is 100% worth hiring! We didn't have to worry about one thing with Andrew he did it all! He always answered questions that we had, we just couldn't say enough great things about Andrew! Great experience and we know if we ever move again we would 100% ask him to help us with the move! Very trusted man! Thank you for all you did Andrew!

"I was relocating from Virginia to Lincoln and Andrew was my boots on the ground. He was proactive, responsive, and made himself available to show homes the moment something came up. We saw a lot of houses together and he never stopped until we found the right one. Ended up with a great spot backing up to a wooded area with room for my dog. Andrew represented me at the home inspection, then helped us with the fixes to the house. Andrew recommended contractors and labor help to help us get moved in. He was always available via phone, text, or email. Highly recommend Andrew if you want someone who actually has your back."

Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping us invest in our first house! He was helpful with showing us different houses, making the offer on our house, the closing process, and everything else that goes into buying your first home.

Andrew was always willing to meet me when I asked and gave me wise counsel. I am low vision, and doing things electronically is difficult, Andrew accommodated me with this situation so I was aware of what I was signing! Andrew drew up an offer asking for some repairs or replacement, the sellers hesitated. He made suggestions we could work together to make both of us happy, such as splitting the cost of certain high-dollar items. I would highly recommend Andrew as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable and strives to meet the needs of the individual!
