We saw a lot of houses together and he never stopped until we found the right one. Ended up with a great spot backing up to a wooded area with room for my dog. Andrew represented me at the home inspection, then helped us with the fixes to the house. Andrew recommended contractors and labor help to help us get moved in. ZillowVERIFIED Andrew was always willing to meet me when I asked and gave me wise counsel. I am low vision, and doing things electronically is difficult, Andrew accommodated me with this situation so I was aware of what I was signing! Andrew drew up an offer asking for some repairs or replacement, the sellers hesitated. He made suggestions we could work together to make both of us happy, such as splitting the cost of certain high-dollar items. I would highly recommend Andrew as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable and strives to meet the needs of the individual!
