Josh was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Made my first time buyer with a va loan very enjoyable. Id highly recommend Josh to anyone in Southern Maine looking for a home.

Joshua professionally handled the sale of my home. He was extremely knowledgable and informative of the entire process. Josh took care of everything and made the process stress free and simple for me. Beyond the professionalism, Josh is also thoughtful, caring and extremely pleasant to work with. I have recommended him to others several times and will continue to do so.

It was great working with Josh. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and an all around good guy. He knew our search area like the back of his hand and provided great advice and recommendations. He smoothly coordinated our search, purchase offer, home inspection services and closing. I would highly recommend him to both friends and family.

I had an excellent experience working with Josh Lagasse. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Josh Lagasse went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home and negotiated the best deal possible. His professionalism, knowledge of the market, and dedication made all the difference. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trusted and reliable realtor.
