Maria is an amazing agent. I remember when I first called her she was so upfront and honest vs other agents that seemed to me just trying to make a sale. She was so personable and was knowledgeable about the market and where to look for what my needs were without pushing things on me that I wasnt a fan of. We visited a lot of potential places and submitted multiple offers before finding the right home. Maria was always on top of it and really committed to work with my schedule and see everything I was interested in. We had a heartbreak deal we had to walk away from because the inspection came back with too many red flags. She really did everything she could to come up with a compromise and never lost her professionalism even if it wasnt given to her. It is rare to find an agent that actually really cares you find the right home. Its even more rare to have an agent you hope to not lose touch with even after the sale. Id highly recommend to anyone looking for a home!
