ZillowVERIFIED Maria made the entire process more simple and easier to understand, particularly when needing to manage my often times unreasonable expectations. I came to appreciate her endurance, patience and expertise in a really tough market. Her insight was very valuable and I found I was not absorbing all her suggestions as quicky or easily as I could have. Maria is a top agent! She is attentive, kind, super responsive and keeps her cool and professional attitude throughout. What I like best is she is a warrior and never gives up! She is honest with you even if you don't want to hear the truth. She knows how to get you all the help you need and has a good deal or resources you can call on for improvements or fixes. Listen to her to really understand and she will either save you tons of money or make you all she possibly can! Thank you so very much Maria.... for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Maria did an OUTSTANDING job selling my home! Not only was she attentive to my needs, she ensured I was informed of every step during the process. She leveraged assistance within her network to perform contracting and staging services so that my home was shown beautifully! I will admit that Maria has a certain calmness about her that really helped during the negotiation stage. ZillowVERIFIED Maria was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. I just moved into my new home and I'm truly grateful for how smooth of a process it was. ZillowVERIFIED Maria worked tirelessly for a year even during this awful covid pandemic to secure a home for me. The conditions were rough, and the market went through some changes, but she never once quit or refused to help. She continued to send properties and be very responsive. We were able to negotiate a lower price on a property and just closed. She knows about the entire process start to finish and is knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely refer people to her!

This was for me a life changing decision and i know i found in Maria the perfect agent with lots of experience working with someone like me. Maria was able to guide me find the perfect condominium in Leisure World that i love and Maria also sold my home and did a great job taking care of everything.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, I thought the homebuying process would be intimidating and confusing. Maria made it super easy, was patient, and answered all my questions every step of the way. Before diving into house hunting, she connected me with a lender to get pre-approved to determine my price range and look at appropriate listings. With her help, I found and bought the condo of my dreams!

ZillowVERIFIED We loved Marias professionalism. Her expertise in the local market is unrivaled. We interviewed several Realtors but decided on Maria as we appreciated her honesty and knowledge! She walked us through every step of the buying process. Whats really amazing is even after closing she called on us to ensure all was well and recommended local merchants to help facilitate a smooth transition! A potential buyer/seller would do themselves a disservice if Maria is not considered first. T. Taylor

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Maria was a wonderful experience. It is very stressful to sell and then try immediately after to find a place to live. Maria advised us from the beginning what changes were needed to make our house marketable. We followed her guidances and we sold the house. We then had about 6 weeks to find another. Maria walked us through everything beforehand and the four days straight tirelessly took us to more places than I thought possible. She was more interested in finding a place we could call home and be happy than trying to sell us just anything. Step by step she reviewed the selling and buying process and communicated with both parties to make sure we could sell and buy on the same day. The transition was flawless and effortless. She kept our stress at bay and celebrated with us after we purchased the condo. Maria is an asset to your team and I will recommend her whenever an opportunity comes up. She is a skilled professional who brings sensitivity, thoughtfulness and integrity to the table. Thank you

ZillowVERIFIED Maria is an amazing agent. I remember when I first called her she was so upfront and honest vs other agents that seemed to me just trying to make a sale. She was so personable and was knowledgeable about the market and where to look for what my needs were without pushing things on me that I wasnt a fan of. We visited a lot of potential places and submitted multiple offers before finding the right home. Maria was always on top of it and really committed to work with my schedule and see everything I was interested in. We had a heartbreak deal we had to walk away from because the inspection came back with too many red flags. She really did everything she could to come up with a compromise and never lost her professionalism even if it wasnt given to her. It is rare to find an agent that actually really cares you find the right home. Its even more rare to have an agent you hope to not lose touch with even after the sale. Id highly recommend to anyone looking for a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Maria was absolutely amazing! My husband and I contacted her over a year ago, she took us to view a few properties. She was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. However we decided to wait. Since then Maria kept in contact and reached out every few months to see where we were in wanting to purchase a home. When I reached out to her in late June the very next day we were out looking at properties. She is an excellent agent and would definitely recommend her to anyone seriously looking for a property! When we are ready to sell she will definitely be called !!

ZillowVERIFIED Maria helped us get a townhouse rental, all during this COVID-19 thing and she was amazing. First, she responded to our online inquiry within hours and no other realtors responded to us. She showed us about a dozen different properties and negotiated us into a really nice place even though we were credit challenged. She didn't let us waste a bunch of money on apps she knew we wouldn't get approved for and we were able to get into a place in less than 2 weeks. When we're ready to buy there's only one person we'll consider, she was awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED I was happy that I was able to find my new home with Maria's help. We didn't really discuss a lot of local knowledge but she knew a lot of the locations where we checked out homes. A couple of times she was running late or couldn't find the specific location where we were meeting. But she knew a lot of the other realtors we dealt with during the process which helps. She was very knowledgeable about the process. Maria was extremely responsive but sometimes I couldn't understand what was being communicated via text. We communicated a lot more effectively on the phone. There wasn't a need for any negotiations so I couldn't really speak to her skills in that arena. Overall I was pretty satisfied and would use Maria in future if I needed to find a new place to live.
