Jami helped my husband and I buy a home and sell a home this year and I cannot say enough great things about both experiences! Jami's focus is on providing quality service, not just making a sale. Given this failure to disclose, he helped us negotiate a lower sales price so we could preserve the deal and move forward with the purchase. From that point forward, the whole process went smoothly. Jami was even more of an asset when it came time to sell our old home. He evaluated the house and gave us suggestions for improvements to make that would help us get the best price possible.
