By the time we were ready to list, the market had slowed and we were seeing other homes in our neighborhood sitting for weeks with multiple price drops. This was in no small part due to the excellent advice Jami gave us in terms of pricing our home appropriately for the current market. Unfortunately, we ran into many issues with the buyer we chose (attempts to go outside the terms of our contract, delays, etc.) but Jami handled absolutely everything with unmatched professionalism. He prepared us for worst case scenarios but did everything in his power to keep the deal intact. Fortunately, we made it to closing and our home sold for well above asking! Jami is an absolute gem and my only regret is that I do not know more people who are buying or selling a home that I can send his way!!
