The Fox Team was referred by a friend. Turns out we had met each other many years back but that had no factor in our decision to them as our listing agent. After speaking with a few agents, we decided to sign with the Fox Team due to their local knowledge, sales history, and their attention to detail. Unfortunately, at the time of signing the listing agreement, COVID-19 had begun taking its toll on the entire country and the economy. The closings that ensued (to include open houses) had me very concerned. The Fox Team put me at ease and thoroughly explained their plans to get our house sold but doing so without giving into a price drop or a massive list of demands. As a team, Denise and Rich were always on the ball with paperwork, calls, and texts. I never had to remind them or ask them for anything pertinent to the sale. Well, in short, the house went live on a Thursday morning in late April 2020. Two days later on a Saturday morning, Denise called me with an offer within 1% of our listing price of $689K. The offer included no contingencies, pre-approval with a solid lender, and a settlement date of a month. Together we decided to wait the weekend as we had other interest just to make sure. On Monday morning, we accepted the offer. BAM!!! DONE IN 4 DAYS!!! Importantly, I also want to note that Denise and Rich were not only extremely professional in their business interests , but were also extremely professional, accommodating, and helpful in attending and dealing with some personal issues/conflicts that existed with my ex-wife and I which fell into the sales process. If you are selling or looking to buy a home in the Maryland/MoCo area, do yourself a favor and hire the Fox Team!!! If my intention was to stay in the area and buy again, The Fox Team would be my only call!
