The Fox Team put me at ease and thoroughly explained their plans to get our house sold but doing so without giving into a price drop or a massive list of demands. As a team, Denise and Rich were always on the ball with paperwork, calls, and texts. I never had to remind them or ask them for anything pertinent to the sale. Well, in short, the house went live on a Thursday morning in late April 2020. Two days later on a Saturday morning, Denise called me with an offer within 1% of our listing price of $689K. The offer included no contingencies, pre-approval with a solid lender, and a settlement date of a month. Together we decided to wait the weekend as we had other interest just to make sure. On Monday morning, we accepted the offer. BAM!!! DONE IN 4 DAYS!!! Importantly, I also want to note that Denise and Rich were not only extremely professional in their business interests , but were also extremely professional, accommodating, and helpful in attending and dealing with some personal issues/conflicts that existed with my ex-wife and I which fell into the sales process. If you are selling or looking to buy a home in the Maryland/MoCo area, do yourself a favor and hire the Fox Team!!! They helped us not only sell our house but help us find our forever home. With their advice and guidance we were able to have our house under contract in two days $5000 over asking price. They quickly became familiar with our likes and dislikes in a future home that they could tell me if I was going to like a house before I even knew if I was going to like a house. They didn't only help with the realty transactions but also had numerous connections for lenders, movers, electricians, plumbers, etc that we have contacted, used, and will continue to use for years to come. Having the team allowed us to find availability in everyone's schedule to look at houses and address questions and concerns as we had them. They were considerate of our home life and having two small children and two large dogs when arranging showings and making other appointments.
